There are currently over 50 very active members of the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Master Composter Scheme. The scheme started in April 2006.
The activities the Master Composters have participated in have been as diverse as the scale of the events - Thirteen Master Composters helped out at the Three Counties Spring Show, while one Master Composter promoted composting at a local youth centre and another takes time to talk to his neighbours about composting when he sees them in their front gardens.
