The Warwickshire Master Composter scheme was initiated on a chilly February day in 2006 when 18 brave volunteers attended a training session that included a visit to a local on-farm composting site.
14 more enthusiastic volunteers joined the scheme in November 2006. The keen volunteers are active around Warwickshire and regularly help at Ryton Organic Gardens with compost-related events.
